Bill and Ted are gonna need all the help they can get through this wacky RPG adventure, so let’s get started with our Bill and Ted’s Wyld Stallyns cheats, tips and tricks strategy guide!

Build a balanced team!

For a most excellent time, you will need to make sure that your team is balanced. Some characters are more suited for battling evil robots, while others are better fit to support the team using their special skills.

Since you have a total of four slots to fill your team with, we recommend having two damage dealers and two support characters that can buff the team and debuff the evil dudes. Remember that you can change out your team members before any level, so do not feel committed!

Get all three stars on a level!

Each level has a total of three stars for you to obtain. In order to get all three stars, you must simply win the battle with all of your team members alive. This might be harder than it sounds, though, so be prepared for a battle! If you are finding a particular battle hard to finish without losing one of your characters, consider improving your skills or buying new gear from the shop.

The more stars you have at the end of a battle, the more experience and coins you will get. You will also have a better chance of finding better gear, so it is important to get all the stars!

Level up your skills!

Your teammates will automatically power up alongside you, but you will need to manually distribute your skill points yourself. We recommend getting the skill amplifying effects first – these are the passive effects that add onto your active skills.

These effects often further buff yourself, and status effects are the key to winning some of the harder battles. Once you unlock those, you can power up your active skills to improve their effects.

Revisit earlier levels!

The difficulty spike in Bill and Ted is a bit rough – if you have been playing each new level as they unlock, you will start to have trouble when you get to the medieval era set of levels. The knights can cast lots of buff on themselves, and they have a tendency to gang up on one of your characters.

If things are looking a little bogus for you, it might help to revisit earlier levels. You can complete them again as many times as you want (that is, until your energy runs out) to gain more experience. Upgrading your skills helps a lot, so you may need to grind for a bit until you are ready.

Check the shop often!

When grinding and skills are not enough, it is time to turn to your gear. You will earn gear as you beat levels, but you can also upgrade existing gear by finding the same gear. Once you have enough duplicates, you can upgrade it to improve its stats. Ultimately it is up to you to decide what to focus on, but as long as your gear is upgraded you should be good to go.

If you are not getting gear from the levels, be sure to check out the shop. You can find gear here for relatively cheap – around 100 or 200 coins. The shop can be a big help if you are looking to improve one of your existing pieces of gear, as you may find duplicates.

That’s all for Bill and Ted’s Wyld Stallyns! If you have any other tips or tricks to share, let us know in the comments below!
