Do you want to learn how to play Arcana Tactics? Today’s article will give you a complete strategy guide to Arcana Tactics, so you can use all the tips and cheats that we’ve got below to help you pass more stages and become a master at fusing the heroes in the best way possible!

While this game has a rather unique approach to the turn-based RPG genre, it’s an extremely strategic game that will require a lot of knowledge of the game. I have plenty of tips to share with you, so if you’re curious to learn how to easily fuse all the heroes you need in order to create 5* ones, then keep on reading and you’ll learn everything that you need to know about the game!

So without further ado, here are all of our Arcana Tactics tips and tricks!

Summon all the units you can at the beginning

It is extremely important to start off on the right foot, so you want to make sure that you get all the units you can from the very beginning. It’s going to help you quite a lot moving on to the later stages of the game, because in Arcana Tactics you will only be able to use the units that you have acquired. All the other units will be locked, until you acquire them for the first time, which will permanently unlock them for you.

The sooner you unlock a bunch of 3*, 4* and 5* units, the easier it will be for you to upgrade your characters and complete the stages with ease.

Make sure that you claim all the active redeem codes to have access to a bunch more summons – worst case, if you don’t like the units and Arcana cards you get, you can just reroll before it’s too late.

Learn how to combine the heroes

It could take quite a bit of time to learn all the hero combinations, but worry not. In the game there is an option that will let you quickly learn how to acquire the heroes you want. All you need to do is open the hero list or tap on a hero, and then tap and hold onto the greyed out hero to see what heroes you need in order to obtain it.

The best approach would be to learn exactly who the heroes you need to combine are, because that’s going to save you a lot of “research” time spent in-between stages. You can also try to play the same team compositions over and over again, until you learn exactly which units you need to upgrade and combine. That works well if you have unlocked a couple of 3*, 4* or even 5* heroes of the same type.

Level up your characters

In the characters list, you can use all the character shards that you’ve collected to upgrade your heroes. When you upgrade them (level them up) they will deal increased damage, and that’s going to help you the more you play the game. Make sure that you upgrade them whenever you can, and start with the units that you’re using the most.

If you are running low on resources, then prioritize the 3* and 4* units, and later on the 5* ones. Don’t worry too much about the 1* or 2* ones, because you will switch them out pretty fast.

Increase your Resonance Level for extra stats

When you level up your characters, you will also start upgrading your Resonance Level. This is the overall score (if you would call it that) for your hero levels. It will give you additional stats, so it’s good to know exactly how much you need to upgrade your heroes if you’re aiming for a specific level. Find yourself stuck at a certain stage? Take a look at your resonance level and how much more you need to upgrade your units to reach the next big milestone. It might be a lot easier than you think!

Save a few Crystals to increase your hero inventory

You might be surprised, but the more you play, the sooner you’ll realize that this is actually a problem you’ll face later on in the game. Make sure that you always have a few extra Crystals saved up to increase your hero inventory, because that could save you a game – it’s especially true in the later stages of the game, when you’re aiming to fuse 5* heroes.

Make the most out of your Crystals

You can choose to summon using your Crystals in the banner, but if you want to make the most out of your Crystals, then you should save them to get Relics once you’ve got the heroes you want.

Generally speaking, you should try to summon characters until you can play (you got a few 4* or even 5* heroes that you can build towards), and then you can save your Crystals to summon Relics or just save them up if you’re not confident in your luck obtaining good Relics.

Watch ads to get free loot

Like in many other gacha games out there, you can get a few useful items by simply watching ads. You can obtain 1 wipeout ticket, 2 shop refresh, 2 arcana summons, 2 vitality regenerations and 3 stamina refreshes if you choose to watch ads, so I suggest if it’s not too much trouble, it’s a great source of extra loot.
