Games that try to capture the essence of the 90’s with low-fi pixel graphics and simple yet challenging gameplay are always welcomed, and today we have a new one to show you! Shoot ’em up fans should not miss out on P.3, a new arcade shooter.
P.3, if you could not already tell from the intro, is a vertical shoot ’em up game where you pilot a space ship on a mission to fight against otherworldly beings. The black and white pixel graphics complete with this CRT monitor-like window provide a passage into the past.
The controls are very simple in P.3. There are two buttons that move your ship left and right, and those buttons also fire. If you hold down both buttons your ship will slow down and fire its alternate weapon. Smart usage of both weapons is necessary to make it out alive!
With five challenging stages, tough boss battles, and plenty of weapons and power ups, classic gamers will feel right at home with P.3. Can you make it to the end and save the galaxy?
