In update 3.6 for Genshin Impact, a new quest takes you on a journey around the new map to find 36 Plumes of Purifying Light. With help from your gadget friend Sorush you will be able to find and collect all of the golden plumes as you travel from one area to another. How to Collect All Plumes of Purifying Light in Genshin Impact
Plumes of Purifying Light are beautiful golden fragments you can collect around the map with the help of Sorush, and used as offerings to the Armita Pool in exchange for rewards. It may be useful to know that once you offer 30 Plumes to the Pool you can use the blessing to reveal where the rest are located!
Ten of the Fragments can be collected when you complete Pale Fire quests and awaken Residual Pari in Fravashi Trees. From there you can collect ten Plumes of Purifying Light to add to your collection. Other plumes are tricky because you need to gather smaller fragments to combine them into a whole Plume of Purifying Light.

With all of these little quests to find the plumes you will need the help of Sorush who, when activated, is the one who lets you collect the plumes. She really is a helpful little thing!
- On a pond located south of Vourukasha Oasis
- On a hollow branch in eastern Vourukasha Oasis
- By the roots of a broken tree west of Vourukasha Oasis
- Found at a cliffside at southern Hills of Barsom, this plume will float over the cliff before it can be caught
- At the Asipattravana Swamp on some tree roots near the bottom of a cliff. This one will also move before it will allow Sorush to collect it
- Atop a broken tree at the Hills of Barsom. This is another plume that does not want to make it easy to be caught!
- Can be found during the Khvarena of Good and Evil quest. This one scatters into fragments and there is a time limit on collecting them all, so hurry!
- After activating the Fravashi Tree and completing the quest, you can collect all the fragements here
- Check on top of a cactus near some cliffs south of the Samundra Coast
- Another atop a cactus near a waypoint between the Samundra Coast and Tunigi Hollow. This one will scatter into fragments that need to be collected before the timer runs out.
- Finish the Fravashi Tree quest and collect the remaining fragments!
Collect as many as you can to help level up the Amrita Pool and claim your rewards in Genshin Impact.
