How to Complete The Haunted Restroom Side Quest in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD
The Haunted Restroom side quest becomes available right after finding Kukiel and when the Groose lands on the surface for the first time. Once this has happened, sleep until night and then head to the restroom in the Knight Academy. Talk to the voice and then head back to bed. After you wake up, talk with Cawlin in the Knight Academy to begin the side quest.
The Haunted Restroom side quest is made unique by the fact that it has two different outcomes, depending on who you choose to give the love letter to. If you want to give it to Karane, speak with her on the first floor of the Academy, then with Pipit on the second floor and again with Karane.
If you choose to give the letter to the Ghost of the restroom, sleep until night, get to the restroom to give the letter to the Ghost, sleep until morning, talk with Cawlin and then enter Groose’s room at night to speak with the hand again.
Regardless of your decision, you will be rewarded with 5 Gratitude Crystals for your trouble.
