1. Save your hints for the bonus rounds!
The bonus rounds are the only rounds of the games that you cannot brute force through. You have no last resorts once you’ve entered your initial consonants and vowels! The only help you can get here are the hints. You can buy 3 extra hints for 150 diamonds if you run out. Hints are extremely valuable because it is important that you win the bonus rounds. Your bonus round combo meter will reset if you lose any bonus round, which means the rewards won’t be as good!
2. Vote on each puzzle!
Don’t ignore the voting system! You can vote for a puzzle at the end of round, declaring if you liked it or not. Additionally, voting a certain number of times on puzzles is usually a part of your daily goals, so don’t skip out on them! It also helps the game pick the best and most fun puzzles to present to the players. Be sure to vote if you’re tired of getting stuck on frustratingly difficult puzzles. Your vote counts!
3. Guess some letters!
The most common letters in the English language excluding vowels are as follows: T, N, S, H, R, D, L, and finally C. We like to guess R and N at the start of a round as we seem to have the best luck using those two letters. Pick any of the other letters if you have no idea what the word could be.
4. Buy vowels often!
Buy some vowels as soon as you get the chance. There’s no point in holding onto your money, as it takes just one land on bankrupt to lose it all. You can buy a vowel immediately after a spin if you have enough money, and you should do so at every chance you get! Alternatively, you can also just wait for your competitors to buy vowels, but pay attention to how far the puzzle is discovered when you do this. The AI players in this game are programmed to automatically solve the puzzle once enough letters have been found, so if you wait too long, you may end up giving the game to your opponents!
