War is something that’s ever present in the gaming world, used quite often as a backdrop for several games. The deeper stuff related to war is hardly touched by many of these games, making it really feel really like just an excuse for some high speed action.
This won’t be the case with a new survival horror game that looks incredibly interesting.
11 bit Studios has revealed a new mobile title recently, a survival horror game called This War Of Mine that will allow gamers to experience a war not from a soldier’s perspective but from a civilian’s one. I’m sure this is already enough to pigue many gamers’ interest.
This War Of Mine is set in a modern, war-torn area where a band of civilians will try anything it can to survive this terrible conflict. As war often demands some though choices, gamers will have to make plenty of these in the name of survival. Youy may be forced to do something that goes against your morals but where preserving lives is involved, there’s nothing really wrong.
More gameplay details will emerge in the near future for this really interesting game, which will be released on a yet to be revealed date. In the meantime, you can take a look at a beautiful trailer that has been released for the game. And remember: “In war, not everyone is a soldier”.
