When a side scrolling, old school shooter is described as a “hard as nails shmup,” I am instantly interested. This is what can be said about Soul Grinder, the first game coming from indie studio Zombiesaurus this week to the iTunes store.
The developers say that they wanted to offer us with Soul Grinder that old school shmup experience where insane difficulty makes you play the levels over and over again in order to try to shoot down every baddie, collect every score and get that 100% completion rating. Or go crazy and smash your device to a wall during a gamer’s rage. Anything’s possible!
