Best Advanced Cheats, Tips & Tricks for PewDiePie’s Tuber Simulator

Immediately after the game’s launch, we published an article where we shared some cheats & tips for PewDiePie’s Tuber Simulator. OK, it’s true, I messed the final world and wrote “Simulation” instead… but it didn’t matter, everybody knew what I was talking about. But today, I am here to share with you more PewDiePie’s Tuber Simulator cheats, tips and tricks because I’ve advanced quite nicely in the game and discovered a bunch of new strategies and things to do.

So without further ado, let’s check out some PewDiePie’s Tuber Simulator cheats and tips below for advanced players. And this time I also got the game’s name right!

1. How to delete items
This is a question we’ve been asked on multiple occasions, so I’ll answer it here: you can’t. But even though you can’t delete items, you can send any item in storage. Simply tap and hold over the item you want removed from your room and it will be sent to storage. Even better, the bonuses offered to the genres will remain!

2. Get more brains / genre power
This is a really neat trick that goes well hand in hand with the one above. In order to pile up on brains and level up all your genres at the same time, here is what you should do (ideally after you unlock the second shipment in the game): start buying all the items in all the categories. Start with the lowest level ones, then go up and purchase them all. If they don’t fit the design of your room, simply send them into storage immediately afterwards. You will still get a genre XP bonus, as well as overall player level bonus, and you will also get the Brains reward for getting a new item. Easy way to pile up on brains and bag those upgrades!

3. Add friends and send gifts
At the moment of writing this, most of the social features of the game have an “Under maintenance” message or some similar message. However, the developers of PewDiePie’s Tuber Simulator managed to fix the “connect with friends” feature and you can add friends. You need to know their exact name (channel name, you can set it up in the top left area of the social menu) and that’s all. After adding friends, you can send them gifts every day. 4. Design multiple rooms
Even though at first that seems impossible, as you progress through the game, you will get a ton of items and you can think more about specializing your rooms. The good news is that you can create up to three rooms in the game, for free. All you have to do is to tap the blue button in the top left corner when you are looking at your room, then tap the second button to the right that looks like a room: that will open up a new menu that will allow you to create extra rooms and the good news is that you will share all your earnings, subs and items between all rooms!

5. What to spend your Bux on & how to get more
The Bux are the premium currency in the game and they’re relatively difficult to earn. You can get more from playing Puggle, if you’re lucky; or you can get more, again on rare occasions from the Eagle, but also when you level up your character and complete some of the quests. The good news is that the game gives you a lot of free Bux, so you will never feel – at least for a long while – forced to spend money to get more.

How to use the Bux in PewDiePie’s Tuber Simulator? I personally believe that the first thing you should spend those money on is room expansions. You can get a pretty large room until each expansion starts costing 50 bux, and it will get to a really decent size as well. Then, invest in upgrading your desk and get whatever premium items you want – but only if you feel you can’t live without them. Otherwise, pile up on the Bux and buy the more expensive room upgrades or work on expanding a second room. Never waste bux on rushing items!

6. The time lapse cheat
Have in mind that this could break your game: there are reports from players using this cheat that afterwards they can no longer log in to the game, or they have to delete and install it again in order for it to work. Many claim that reinstalling and connecting to Game Center or Google Play restores the progress, but make sure that you know the risks!

This cheat involves setting the time on your device to a future date in order to complete videos, get new items, make more views/subs and even advance days in order to get the free daily bonuses. This, however, makes the game less enjoyable and is also risky since it might ruin it on your device, so make sure you only use it if you really feel this is what you have to do. It might also get fixed in future updates.
